The Ness Proof-of-Service System

This is what lands in your inbox.

Every Ness visit produces one of these. Below is a complete example — arrival verified by GPS, ten areas scored against your checklist, the exceptions we found, and the supervisor who signed it. Nothing here is behind a form.

Illustration only. The facility, report number, times and scores above are invented for this example — a real report carries your building’s name, your checklist and that night’s actual results.

Why it is built this way

Four things worth noticing.

01

You can check the arrival time yourself.

The crew clocks in and out by GPS at your address, not at our office. The times on the report are the times the phone was standing at your door — not what somebody wrote down the next morning.

02

The score is a number, not an adjective.

A supervisor walks the building against your checklist and scores each area. Ten areas, ten scores, on the record every visit — so a slide shows up as a trend instead of a surprise.

03

The bad news is on the report too.

Exceptions are the reason the report is worth reading. A report that is 100/100 every single week is a report nobody is actually filling out.

04

It arrives without you asking.

The report is emailed when the shift closes. You do not log in, chase anybody, or wait for a monthly summary.
